C3NTRE prides itself on its staff, a team of internationally experienced and qualified risk, security, disaster, fire, oil & gas, environmental, maritime, crisis and emergency professionals. 

JASMIN WALTER

​Principal - Management Systems 

Jasmin is a HSE technical specialist with experience in Incident and Emergency Management supporting offshore projects throughout Australia.

Jasmin has lead the development, delivery and implementation of business process and operating management systems to small and mid-tier oil and gas operators. This has included reviewing organisational capability and developing complex management of change structures to drive business transformation in clients.

She has developed an excellent knowledge of Australian legislation and health, safety & environment policies and procedures from time spent working in the industry as well as taking part in internal audits for a large consulting firm.

lachlan Mckelvie

​Principal - technical safety and risk

Lachlan is a highly motivated HSSEQ Professional with over twenty years of offshore and onshore oil and gas industry experience.

He has spent most of the last ten years specialising in HSSE Management of FPSOs and offshore platforms, and has held senior HSSE positions with FPSO Owners and Operators, an international oil major, a module fabricator and a major Korean shipyard.

His experience includes offshore marine operations, drilling, construction and installation, regulatory compliance and diving.

len Sabin

​Principal - Training Exercise Drills

William has worked with fire and rescue services in the United Kingdom and Middle East in Officer and Senior Management roles for over 20 years. He is a highly trained and operationally experienced fire and rescue professional with a strong background in Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF).

Commencing his career with the Royal Air Force in the United Kingdom, William then moved to Heathrow International Airport as part of the Airport Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) service. He transferred to Edinburgh Airport and progressed to Watch Manager before further developing his career into Senior Officer positions.

He has continued his education through professional development with professional Training, Assessment, Fire Engineering and Safety qualifications.
